Dear Vendors and Artisans:

Welcome to our 68th Annual Hampton County Watermelon Festival. Arts and Crafts are held Friday and
Saturday, June 25 and 26. The arts and crafts will return to the grounds of the Hampton County Courthouse.

Enclosed is an Arts and Crafts application. Submission of an application and payment of the fee does not
guarantee acceptance. You will be notified whether or not your concession is approved after your application
is reviewed. Refunds will be sent to vendors whose applications are denied.

If your concession is accepted, you may set up after 5:00 pm on Thursday, June 24th, if you like or Friday
morning before noon there will be no Saturday set ups.
You will need to be prepared to carry or
handcart your merchandise
from the unloading area beside the courthouse to your space, which will be
shown to you when you arrive. New courthouse rules do not allow vehicles or trailers on the courthouse
grounds. After unloading you must then find a parking space away form the Arts and Crafts area.

. All tents will need to be anchored with weights, no stakes will be allowed because of the irrigation system.
Remember to bring lights and a long extension cord (100 or 200 feet) to reach power pedestal because our BIG
street dance will keep potential customers in the area until after midnight. Attached you will find the rules for
governing Arts and Crafts vendors. Submission of a concession fee certifies that the applicant has read,
understands and will abide by festival rules.
